Get to know universal
Universal requires all drivers to attend our company orientation. We want to get to know you, and we want you to get to know us. Our orientation covers many topics; corporate history, corporate culture, safety, operations, fiscal and administrative issues, etc. The typical orientation process takes a day, but may be increased to two days as needed. As a new member of the family, we want you start out on the best path possible.
